Born in the Himalayan foothills, Mee.Mi painstakingly collects textile leftovers- both pre and post consumer from local tailors in Dharamsala and lovingly upcycles them, giving them a second lease on life. The collected textiles are segregated on the basis of size, material, weight, and colours. While the smaller scraps are used to fill toys,the other bits are used to patch, panel, crochet and embroider creating garments and accessories that are beautifully detail oriented and distinctive.
