As the old adage goes, Good things take time! We value conscious and individualistic designs that are synonymous with design processes that are slow, handcrafted and detail oriented. 

 

Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timelines are subject to the delivery timelines of each individual brand, designer and small business carried by us, which is why we highlight the delivery days on each of our products individually so as to ensure you have all the information you need in order to take a well informed decision at the time of your purchase. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order. We are also available on info@defyne.co for any questions that you may have or any additional help that may be required by you.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all domestic orders within India. The shipping cost for all international orders is calculated based on weight and the country it is being shipped to, at the time of checkout.

Shipping Timelines

We ship domestic shipments using carriers and services that typically deliver in 5-8 business days. For International shipments, this may take about 12-14 days. 

Shipping Guidelines

If you have loved and purchased products from different brands and designers, these products will reach you at different times, within India, as designers in some cases ship the products out to you directly i.e. your total order will reach you in instalments. In case of International orders, we will ensure we have it all shipped out together. Given the process involves co-ordinating with a range of partners from designers, delivery teams to border control – there may be anomalies in delivery times but we promise to put in every effort to keep these to a minimum. Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver your purchase two times over a period of four business days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us or the designer. In such cases, we will offer you store credit or you will have to bear the cost of re-shipment. Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately unforeseen circumstances and out of our control, however we will endeavour to communicate the status to you and keep you posted. For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable. Also please note, we will be unable to offer a refund should a shipment be abandoned for non payment of custom duties.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please, note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed the order. Also we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes and apologise for the same.
